The EPC Search and Rescue Team is specially trained to search for and rescue trapped residents, to administer first aid, for evacuation operations, and to report damage assessments. Sun City Palm Desert residents interested in volunteering for the EPC, or who would like more information, can contact us at EPC@scpdca.com.
