EPC Districts

Sun City Palm Desert is divided geographically into 14 EPC districts. Each district is headed by a District Director. Each district is additionally divided into two or more subdivisions. Each subdivision headed by a Block Captain Coordinator. Each Block Captain Coordinator has seven to ten Block Captains who report to him/her. Each Block Captain is responsible for approximately 15 homes.

For most Sun City Palm Desert residents, their EPC District number is the same as their SCPD District number. There are two exceptions, SCPD Districts 14 and 15 are different.

SCPD District 14 – there is no EPC District 14

  • Springdale and Desert Willow fall under EPC District 1C or 1B (see District 1 map below for details)
  • Yucca Blossom and Willowrich fall under EPC District 1C
  • Orangecrest falls under EPC District 5C or 5D (see District 5 map below for details)
  • Putting Green falls under EPC District 5B, 5C, or 5D (see District 5 map below for details)
  • Fallbrook falls under EPC District 5C or 5D (see District 5 map below for details)
  • Chardonnay falls under EPC District 5B or 5D (see District 5 map below for details)
  • Brandywine falls under EPC District 5A, 5B, or 5D (see District 5 map below for details)
  • Fume, Burgundy, Quiet Springs, and Belek fall under EPC District 5D

SCPD District 15

  • Rainbow Drive falls under EPC District 1A
  • Breezeway, Blue Sky, and Silent Drive fall under EPC District 1A
  • South of Manorgate falls under EPC District 15
